Runions & McCurry Healthcare Consulting was formed in April 2024 by 2 registered nurses, Christina Runions and Heather McCurry. Christina and Heather previously worked as state surveyors for the Tennessee state survey agency with a combined 15 plus years of survey and program management experience. Christina and Heather surveyed and managed multiple provider types including nursing homes, hospitals, home health and hospice agencies, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, assisted livings, residential homes for the aged, along with complaint management and investigations, licensure and recertification surveys, plans of correction and allegations of compliance surveying and management. We have spent countless hours in long-term care facilities talking to residents, staff, Administrators, Director of Nurses and others. Through that experience we learned what it takes for facilities to have successful surveys and are uniquely qualified to assist your team achieve and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
